Real Madrid and Barcelona are keeping tabs on Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi, according to The Sun. Guehi has one year left on his current contract at Palace, and there is a chance that he could leave the Eagles as a free agent.
Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Newcastle United are all keen on signing Guehi. While Newcastle are favourites to sign the England international centre-back this summer, the 24-year-old could decide to run down his contract at Palace and move to Madrid or Barcelona as a free agent in the summer of 2026.
Guehi said this week about his future: “I’m still on a contract, so my focus is always at this football club.
“The most important thing is just doing the best I can and seeing where the future holds. As far as I’m concerned, I’m a Palace player.”
Palace beat Manchester City 1-0 in the final on Saturday to win the FA Cup.
