Barcelona will take on Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey semi-finals, while Real Madrid will face Real Sociedad in the other final four clash following Wednesday’s draw.
The semi-finals will be played over two legs, with Barcelona hosting Atletico in the first leg at the end of February and then travelling to Madrid for the return game in April.
The draw tees up three meetings between the sides in just over a month, with Hansi Flick’s team also due to visit the Metropolitano in LaLiga on March 16.
Atletico emerged victorious in their only game against Barcelona this season, with Alexander Sorloth’s late strike earning his side a 2-1 triumph over their league rivals.
However, Barcelona have won six of their eight Copa del Rey semi-finals against Atletico, progressing from the last three ties against them, and could win four for the first time in the competition.
The last time the two sides met in the Copa del Rey was back in 2017, with Barcelona progressing 3-2 on aggregate after a 1-1 draw in the second leg that saw Sergi Roberto, Yannick Carrasco and Luis Suarez all sent off.

Madrid, meanwhile, will have home advantage in the second game against Sociedad, with the first leg to be played at the Anoeta Stadium.
Though Sociedad will be seen as underdogs in the tie, they are the only team to have scored four goals at the Bernabeu in the Copa del Rey in the last 65 years.
They first did so in a 4-0 win in the 1998 semi-final second leg, following that up 22 years later with a 4-3 triumph at the quarter-final stage of the competition.
But the draw has left open the possibility of a Clasico final between Real and Barcelona, something that has not happened for well over a decade.
The two rivals have faced each other 18 times in the Copa del Rey, with Real leading with 11 wins, which includes a 2-1 victory in the 2014 showpiece match in Valencia.
Barcelona, however, have had the recent edge in the rivalry, thrashing Real in their two meetings this season.
Flick’s side beat Los Blancos 4-0 in LaLiga in October before lifting the Supercopa de Espana in January following an enthralling 5-2 win in Saudi Arabia.
It’s also the first time LaLiga’s top three, Madrid, Atletico and Barcelona, have all reached this stage since 2014, when Sociedad were also the fourth team in the final four.
