On his first appearance of the season, could do little about La Real’s goal.
Jules Kounde – 7
Got the equalising goal, but aside from that, not his best performance in a Barcelona shirt.
Ronald Araujo – 6.5
Looked shaky at times, but on the whole, good enough.
Andreas Christensen – 7
Accomplished performance from the Dane.
Gerard Martin – 6.5
Sloppy to not step up for La Real’s goal. Aside from that, solid.
Frenkie de Jong – 7
Another good performance from de Jong, who is in the best form of his Barcelona career without a doubt.
Pedri – 7.5
Continues to perform at a very high level, helped Barcelona control the middle of the park alongside de Jong.
Roony Bardghji – 6.5
Looked good in flashes, but very much still finding his feet at Barcelona.
Dro Fernandez – 6
Did some good things on his debut, but frustratingly for him, he was forced to defend more than he would have liked.
Marcus Rashford – 7.5
Continues to get better and better in a Barcelona shirt. Set up Kounde’s equaliser, and always looked like the most dangerous player to La Real.
Robert Lewandowski – 7
Got his goal, and really should have had another. Still, scoring in back-to-back matches will give him plenty of confidence.
Substitutes
Dani Olmo – 6.5
Rested ahead of the Paris Saint-Germain match on Wednesday, but looked good when he came on. Almost had an excellent assist, but Lamine Yamal was offside.
Lamine Yamal – 7.5
Excellent cameo on his return to the side. Set up Lewandowski’s goal a minute after coming on, and always looked dangerous.
Eric Garcia – 6
Solid enough during his cameo.
Ferran Torres – 6
Lively, although not much came off for him.
