In a recent report, Fichajes revealed that Barcelona have identified Borussia Dortmund ace Nico Schlotterbeck as a target. It has been mentioned that the Catalan club would have to rival Bayern Munich in the race to land the German centre-back next year.

Schlotterbeck’s Impressive Form In German Football

The 25-year-old has made a solid start to this campaign as he has put in a few impressive displays for Dortmund on the defensive end of the field. Schlotterbeck has featured in four matches for the German outfit this season in all competitions.

The German talent has been a rock at the back and deserves credit for making three tackles, four blocks, four interceptions and 18 clearances in the Bundesliga.
