JUDE BELLINGHAM has returned to the pitch and he’s fired up to dominate Europe and LaLiga with a supercharged new physique.
The England star has slimmed down to take on a more aggressive, high-energy role — perfect for hounding opponents and slipping away with the ball at his feet.

Bellingham finally clocked his first minutes of the season on Saturday, coming off the bench in Real Madrid’s 2-0 win over Espanyol.
The 22-year-old underwent shoulder surgery in July after playing through a painful injury since November 2023.
That nasty dislocated shoulder forced him to sit out since the summer — but he rocked a serious scar as proof of the battle.
According AS, while playing injured, Madrid beefed him up to protect that shoulder and stop it popping out again.
The muscle gains were clear in his SKIMS photoshoot, Kim Kardashian’s brand, where he even posed with the reality TV queen herself.
Now the club wants Bellingham leaner and sharper for Xabi Alonso’s fast-pressing, high-octane style.
The hope is that a leaner Jude would rediscover the rocket-fuel form that earned him his £113million move from Borussia Dortmund in 2023.
In his debut season, Bellingham smashed in 23 goals and laid on 13 assists.

Last season, those numbers dipped to 15 each — still top drawer, but he wants more.
After his comeback on Saturday, Jude posted: “Missed this and all of you so much.
“Truly humbled by the love you gave me in the stadium today and the support from everyone throughout my recovery, it means the world to me. Now for more. Hala Madrid!”
The summer surgery in London was a relief after months of toughing it out with a sling.
He dislocated his shoulder awkwardly during a LaLiga clash with Rayo Vallecano back in November 2023 but still powered through.
Jude played in all six of Madrid’s Club World Cup matches this summer, bagging a goal and assist, but it was finally time to fix that injury properly.
After surgery, he thanked the medics and fans on Instagram by saying: “The process to come back has already started, see you soon.”
There were fears he might not return until November, so his early comeback is a massive boost.
If all goes to plan, Bellingham could start in the big Madrid derby against Atletico later this month and face Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League on November 4.
