According to a report by Spanish outlet Fichajes, Manchester City are eyeing a move for Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga as they look for a versatile midfielder in the market. The player could cost the Premier League club around €60-70 million.

Eduardo Camavinga is a bright talent

Eduardo Camavinga came into the limelight during his Rennes days and was signed by Real Madrid in the summer of 2021. Since then, he has been an impressive performer for the Spanish club despite not having a regular starting position.

Camavinga has been a bit unlucky with small fitness concerns but he has managed to feature across 24 games in the ongoing campaign so far. He has two goals and an assist and is averaging 2.2 tackles, 0.6 interceptions, and 1 clearance per game (stats via whoscored).

The French midfielder is extremely versatile when it comes to donning different roles. He has good defensive abilitities and covers a lot of ground. He can also contribute in the offensive pack and has decent dribbling and passing abilities.
