Real Madrid target Manchester City midfielder Rodri – Soccer News
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Real Madrid are interested in signing Rodri from Manchester City in the summer transfer window, according to CaughtOffSide. The Spanish and European powerhouse are planning a midfield overhaul and plan to bring the Spain international to the Santiago Bernabeu in a blockbuster deal.

Madrid’s plan to convince Man City to sell Rodri this summer is to offer Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga and €40 million. Madrid are ready to offload Rodrygo this summer, with the Brazil international forward on the radar of Arsenal and Liverpool.

Man City, though, want to keep Rodri and are planning to hand the Spanish star a new contract. Rodri, whose current deal at Man City runs out in the summer of 2027, spent most of last season on the sidelines with a serious injury, but the Premier League club will hope that he gets back to his best in the 2025-26 campaign.
