Real Madrid secured their second straight 1-0 win over Juventus on Wednesday night, courtesy of a goal from Jude Bellingham. Los Blancos will have been content with a victory and a clean sheet ahead of their Clasico clash with Barcelona on Sunday, as they maintain their 100% record in the Champions League.
It was also a first goal of the season for Bellingham, who since arriving in the Spanish capital has been known for his goalscoring abilities, albeit he has featured just seven times. The 22-year-old was praised by Xabi Alonso after the game for his performance aside from the goal, but he could be in trouble for his behaviour after the match.
Jude Bellingham runs red light to escape fans
After the game had finished, a black car came out of the Bernabeu and was mobbed by fans. As it turned to hit a junction, fans pursued it, and despite slowing down for the red light, it then went through the red light. It was forced to stop due to an angry motorist coming from the other direction, before driving off. Diario AS assure that the England international was at the wheel.

While no doubt the attention from fans can at times be suffocating for stars, the manoeuver was dangerous, and is no excuse for flaunting traffic rules.
Debate over Bellingham’s role under Xabi Alonso
Bellingham has had a curious start to life under Xabi Alonso, with little clarity on his role. While he performed well coming from a deeper position at the Club World Cup, Bellingham has looked uncomfortable in his role since returning from injury, failing to show his trademark runs in behind, or excel with the ball at his feet.
This was best exemplified by a disappointing first start back in the Madrid derby last month, but Alonso will be hoping the goal is a sign of things to come. Ahead of El Clasico on Sunday, a start for Bellingham will likely mean that one of Arda Guler or Franco Mastantuono is on the bench, despite having performed well.
